Barclay Stenner mobile safaris are completely private and feature your own private camp, guide, host, chef and camp team. Being fully exclusive means your days are refreshingly flexible. Linger all day watching lion cubs play if you wish or settle by a busy watering hole taking the time to get the perfect photo – as you please. As you are unrestricted by camp schedules or other guests interests the day is your to spend as you wish.

The Barclay Stenner camps have a sense of the elegant safaris from a by gone era, with a tasteful blend of luxurious comfort and a sense of place. Spacious meru style walk in tents offer a very comfortable African home for your safari, complete with Persian rugs and four poster beds and solar lights. Ensuite bathrooms feature flushing loos and bucket showers. The food and wine is excellent.

All safaris will be crafted for each particular client, with possible destinations including the Okavango Delta, Makgadikgadi Salt Pans and Central Kalahari Game Reserve. Bushman Walking Safaris can also be arranged. It is also possible to combine your mobile with a stay in a permanent camp, offering a wonderfully varied and interesting safari experience.
