The reserve offers a range of wonderful activities which showcase the best of this fascinating desert area including guided bush walks, an underground photographic hide, educational walks with the San bushman as well as morning, afternoon and evening game drives. With a maximum of just 4 people per game drive this is a highly personalized and exclusive experience. The raised sleep out deck allows guests to spend a night out under the spectacular Kalahari starlit sky.

Dinaka is an intimate camp with just 8 tents, including one family tent with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The tented rooms are set on elevated wooden decks offering the perfect vantage point over the camp’s permanent waterhole. The rooms all have en – suite bathrooms with a shower indoors and outdoors. Interconnecting wooden walkways provide access for those guests who may have wheelchairs.

Observing animals as they go about their “day to day” habits is fascinating in the Kalahari. Honey badgers, Bat eared Foxes, Giraffe, Cheetah, Black-maned Kalahari Lion, Porcupine, Aardvark and an incredible range of birds can be seen here. Both types of Hyena can be found: the commonly occurring Spotted Hyena, the shyer and less frequently seen Brown Hyena. Leopard are also seen regularly.
