The Old House is a small family owned and managed lodge located centrally in Kasane with easy access to the Chobe River and National Park. Overlooking the Chobe River, this little guest house features simple yet comfortable rooms, a cozy restaurant and bar, a pool and its own dock with boats for river excursions along with safari vehicles for game drives. Friendly attentive staff, knowledgeable guides, and a very welcoming sprit.

The Old House offers comfortable and affordable accommodation in the heart of the Chobe.  This river front guests house has three family room, four double rooms and three twin rooms – all with air conditioning, wifi and a coffee/tea station.  The house is situated in a lush garden along the Chobe River creating a little private oasis in the centre of town.  Although simple, this family-run guest house is very comfortable and incredibly welcoming with a lively bar and restaurant which is also open to local residents of Kasane.  A great place for families, solo travellers and budget sensitive guests.

Surrounded by the lovely green garden, the communal areas are comprised of an open aired bar and restaurant, a little deck with a pool and various seating areas.  The lodge also offers both boat cruises and game drives into the Chobe National Park with excellent and entertaining guides offering a very personal safari experience.

The restaurant serves African and international food along with a lovely breakfast buffet included in the room rate.  The bar is a great meeting place for travellers and offers a lively social atmosphere.
