Thank you for your enquiry. One of our specialist consultants will be in touch shortly.

In the meantime, here is a brief overview of our travel planning process.
Step 1- Enquiry submitted. Thank you! A Travel Consultant will be in touch shortly- we always endeavour to respond the same day, so please check your spam folder in case you’ve not heard from us.
Step 2 – Travel Consultation – Your Travel consultant will be in touch by email, providing as much information as possible (depending on the information submitted in your enquiry) as well as some questions to gain a better idea of the trip you have in mind. We want to understand your special interests, important travel requirements and what your dream safari experience would be? Many of these destinations are complex and dynamic, you may be feeling overwhelmed by the choice?! We are on hand to navigate you through these complexities. The more we understand about the trip you are looking for the better placed we are to craft your perfect itinerary. Nothing is more effective than a friendly phone call to ensure the itinerary we present matches up to your expectations. Wherever possible, we would encourage you to find some time to have that brief call – but in any event we will always be able to assist by email too.
Step 3 -Crafting your tailormade itinerary – Your consultant will begin planning your itinerary taking into account all the information discussed over the phone, or by email if necessary. The itinerary we propose initially may be a perfect fit first time, or perhaps you may feel it needs some changes. Please never feel the first proposal is set in stone. With proper feedback we can keep reviewing and refining the itinerary until you are completely happy.
Step 4 – Book and Confirm– Once you are happy with all the details of your trip and you’re ready to commit to the itinerary we move to the booking stage. Depending on how soon you are looking to travel you will typically need to pay a 25% deposit to secure the booking. Your consultant will then begin confirming all your arrangements and send your final travel documents through.
Step 5 – Lead up to your departure – Your specialist consultant remains your main point of contact in the lead up to your departure, and will be in touch before you travel to run through any last minute questions.
Step 6 – Travel – We remain available throughout your trip in case of any issues or questions, right up until your return home. In your final documents you will be provided with all the emergency contact numbers should you need them on your travels.
